IVC only collects personal or company data that you voluntarily provide.  This generally includes your name, company name, address, phone numbers, and email addresses.  If provided by you to process an order, we may also collect credit card information or bank account information.

IVC stores your contact information indefinitely.  At any time, you may request that your contact information be removed from our database.  Information relating to order processing, such as credit card numbers and bank information, is saved for three years or until you request we delete this information, whichever occurs first.

What control do I have over my information that you store?

At any time, you may request that IVC edit or remove your information in our database.  Contact your IVC representative or IVC’s Data Protection Officer to have this done.

Is IVC’s storing of my information likely to affect me negatively?
